After a slight increase in our child's blood lead levels, we became concen. We contacted housing about it. They listened to our concerns and took them seriously. RecommendedIt really depends on where you live. I am at Upatoi and have had great maintenance. I’ve also heard good things about Custer. But people I’ve talked to who live elsewhere have been frustrated with the maintenance. A co-worker has had constant mold issues and plumbing problems that never get resolved. I would say go for the newly renovated homes if possible.

RecommendedAbove average for military housing, I’d say, but that’s not saying much. Seems to be heading in the right direction, though. Move-in was...interesting...but since then nothing to complain about overall. Some work orders are taken care of within 12 hours, some get forgotten and resubmitted over 12 weeks 🤷♂️ Pretty standard.
