Had to choose 1 star to write a review. Took watch for new battery today in another shop AFTER going to watch lab few months ago because battery already died. Took back off and they’d broken part of the mechanism and put blue tack in it. Phoned today and as predicted they denied they did that and said prove it basically. Shocking. Please please do not get a good watch dealt with there, if you do, ask to see your watch with the back off before you go
