This hotel was a big reason why my first trip to Asheville was so special. First of all, the location is fantastic, because it's an easy walk from many shops and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhood. The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, clean, and decorated in a fun, eclectic style. Not only did the kitchenette include a full-size fridge, stove, and dishes, it came with the most important appliance of all: a Cuisinart coffeemaker with a full size pot and a bag of delicious local ground coffee to brew in it.... read more

The Windsor Boutique Hotel exceeded our expectations 100%. We could tell from the photos that it was a lovely hotel but we had no idea that everything about it would be exceptional including the decor, furnishings and the STAFF!! Very comfortable, very beautiful and very accommodating. It was the best surprise in celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Thank you Windsor Boutique Hotel and staff!! My husband and I are looking forward to our next visit!!!
This is a beautiful and comfortable hotel with all suites. We had room 205 which was very comfortable for three ladies. The staff was extremely accommodating. They got us in our suite early as requested. They offer free coffee, tea, water, sodas and snacks in the gorgeous lobby. The location is great. We felt very safe. The only way you can enter the hotel is with a key code at front door. They have a very sweet security guard on site at night. All employees we interacted with were awesome.
