Save yourself the headache and grief in looking for a lender. Thecia and her team are professional to a point! Worked originally with another company and didn't get the property. Found another property and decided to switch companies. Worked with Thecia and we closed in 3 weeks (02/01/22 - under contract - 02/23/22 keys received).
