There is not enough to say about he experience level that is exibited by the VanDyk staff. From the initial application process to the final closing they exemplified what true customer service is. Although customer service is great, their knowledge even surpasses that. I came in with tax forms that would have stumped many mortage originators and staff, and through a bit of explaining and some clarifications by my accountant the staff took the ball and ran with it.
