Always letting me know at what phase we were on with the loan. Let me know what paperwork needed in a very timely fastion.
First and foremost Theresa Nowry was the best part of the whole process she was knowledgeable and nice to work with during the loans. There were too many requests for records and when you added them, then a few days later you would be asked for most of this information again. It moved from several people handling the loan and they would ask for the same data again or ask for a release so they could pull data. They made me buy Flood Insurance and then in the end could not be used, I paid for two appraisals, was told my tax... read more
