First and foremost Theresa Nowry was the best part of the whole process she was knowledgeable and nice to work with during the loans. There were too many requests for records and when you added them, then a few days later you would be asked for most of this information again. It moved from several people handling the loan and they would ask for the same data again or ask for a release so they could pull data.
