I would likely not use this company again. First i will say that I NEVER write reviews of companies. I always try to work thing out first. I have actually used them for many years, including adding mini splits and replacing my entire HVAC system as well as regular Maintenace. this was done several years ago and later I found out that what I thought was a heat pump turned out to be a straight AC unit and VERY expensive to operate.
