RecommendedThe people are polite, helpfull, very detailed orientated. The work they did was complete and they showed up when said they would. It was like talking and dealing with trusted friends. She installed a new thermostat believing that could be the culprit in my overly large power bills for the last few months. She was professional and courteous. RecommendedOur heat pump stopped working and we called ThermAll for help. They came that night to repair. Our repairman had to chain up to get to our house at the end of his work day. That is above and beyond for service. This company knows what customer service is all about.
