RecommendedOur heat pump stopped working and we called ThermAll for help. They came that night to repair. Our repairman had to chain up to get to our house at the end of his work day. That is above and beyond for service. This company knows what customer service is all about.
I have used ThermAll Heating and Cooling for both repair and replacement and was happy with both. They responded quickly when needed and their servicemen and salesman were both very friendly and professional. They took good care of us and I will continue using when needed.
I had a heat pump installed in my home and I'm amazed at the efficiency. Prior to the installation, I have had winter heating bills from $200 to $400 a month. Since my heat pump was installed, my electric bill is 30%-50% cheaper. I highly recommend ThermAll.

These guys really are the super hero! They installed my minisplit and I love it! I have saved tons of money on my heating/cooling bills. The unit is silent and works great. The guys, especially Paul and Jose have taken care of my unit since it was installed almost 10 years ago and it works great.
