The Warming Store was created in 2008 by two cousins who did not like the cold. Over the years, we have become one of the largest online retailers of heated clothing, winter apparel, electronic heating as well as offering a comprehensive range of personal cooling products. We are still a family owned and operated business that prides itself on offering quality products at a great price. The representatives from The Warming Store have been more than polite in understanding my blunder. There are very few negative reviews for this company, and it is obvious that customers like it. I bought my daughter a pair of heated gloves (as she is going to school in the Michigan U.P.) 2 Christmas's ago. One glove quit with the gloves out of warranty. They do not repair them. They offered me a new PAIR for the price of one glove (half off). I am a happy camper.

When I had questions you answered them in a timely manner and you helped me figure out why the website was not working properly when I thought it had already ordered my gloves. I even got a discount due to that fact!!! Thanks. Now I just have to try these heated gloves out.
