It saddens me that I have to do this, but I need to warn others so they don’t have the experience we had at the Thiensville-Mequon Small Animal Clinic. Our dog Finley has had a rough journey with his back legs. He had a TPLO (partial tear) repair to his left leg in 2017, a TPLO (full tear) repair in 2018, and then a meniscal tear repair and stitch internally placed to prevent a tibial thrust most recently in November 2019. Since that surgery, he had finally been a happy, healthy dog. My family and friends can attest to that.... read more

They not only misdiagnosed my friends dog resulting in his death but then went on to send a reminder card in the mail that the puppy was due for shots AFTER the dog was put to rest. Extremely insensitive and unprofessional of this staff.
Misdiagnosed our puppy for months, puppy dies, we made them aware, and they still send us a reminder for his check up card.
