Came in to have an old filling replaced that had a small cavity that was noticed at my previous checkup. Felt no discomfort at all and filling was completed in a short time. After Novocaine wore off I did not feel any discomfort or alignment problems with the new filling.
I feel I get excellent treatment. But I do have a complaint. It seems there is always quite a delay from the time the hygienist is done till the doctor comes in to do his exam. I realize that if the doctor is with a patient he can't come right in. But I have sat waiting too long after the doctor was clearly at a break from his current patient till he came to see me.
Dr. Lambert and his staff really have that hometown practice feel that I had been accustomed to. They remember me from visit to visit, and always offer very timely and helpful advice.
I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas Lambert for more than 20 years. Dr. Lambert is the most knowledgeable dentist that I know. He has performed crowns, cosmetic fillings and other dental work for me and the results have always exceeded my expectations. Dr. Lambert is a life-long learner and holds advanced degrees in dentistry. Everyone in his office is courteous, professional and they genuinely care about their work and their patients. Dr. Lambert has been, and is, my dentist for life.
Everything was as it should be from the time I entered the door until I left. Everyone was very friendly and most helpful. I should have switched dentists years ago.
Dr. Lambert's Hygienist, Carolee, is superb at what she does! She is very meticulous in her cleanings and informative and up-to-date in her skill. She is very entertaining with her bubbly personality and makes you feel very comfortable and at ease while in the chair. The entire office staff is professional, while at the same time, cordial and friendly. This is an ongoing issue. I arrived at least 10 minutes early. Hygienist immediately greeted me and ushered me back to her room to begin work. As always, she was wonderful. When she finished, I waited at least 20+ minutes for doctor to come in because he had been on the phone resolving an office issue. It would be great if he could simply write in an appointment or two to just take care of things like that vs. making patients wait or just delegate this to his office staff.
