Root canal - on-time appointment,thorough, (almost) painless, meticulous...but expensive.
I can't tell you how you went above and beyond the call when I first spoke with you last Friday night for my emergency root canal. Being on the road and thinking about "how am I going to get this done?" was very stressful to me and taking me at 11:00 was so wonderful!! and...driving me to the pharmacy AND back to the hotel was so nice. I can't thank you enough. I'm 95-100% back to normal. Thanks again!!
Cleaning was fast and painless; wait was a little long for the doctor, but all in all it was all good!

Charged more then previously quoted for exam I had an appointment for an exam which I was already quoted on my last visit of being $149. Showed up for the exam and sat for 32 minutes in the dental chair listening to Dr lambert and one of his assistance talk about new masks they have received. During the examination he said he my wisdom tooth may be infected, which I had one taken out 16 years ago and another 7 years ago. What was left was some small fragments which can be normal. DR. LAMBERT EXAMINED ME FOR THE PAIN I'VE BEEN HAVING FOR THE LASY 2 TO 3 WEEKS. THE DENTIST THAT DID MY DENTAL WORK LAST DID A POOR JOB OF ROOT CANAL , CAP WORK AND A PARTIAL PLATE DENTURE. THE ROOT CANAL WORK WAS ONLY PARTIALLY DONE, ONE OF 4 CAPS WAS INSTALLED CROOKED, CAUSING DECAY UNDER IT, AND MY PARTIAL DENTURE ROCKS BACK AND FORTH. I PAID DEARLY FOR HIS WORK. DR. Professional, friendly, great service Dr. Lambert and his staff are polite as well professional in all aspects. I would highly recommend them. I have been a patient for many years and regard Dr. Lambert and his team with high esteem.
I had a filling done on Tuesday and my cheek which was bruised in the process is still sore today (saturday). It is just starting to feel comfortable enough to eat without pain.
I waited 20 minutes for Dr. Lambert take a look at my teeth after they were clean. Finally, I gave up waiting and walked out (after paying my bill.) I was told he was on an important phone call. The customer does not come first at Dr. Lambert's office!
