First and foremost it was an outstanding experience! Not only did Tom take the time to ensure I understood ever part of the process, he took time to teach a little life lesson or two. It took it above and beyond just an “application”. He ensure I understand why I was doing the things I was doing and why it’s a great idea or not. Tom is awesome! He goes above and beyond for his clients! I have used him for purchasing a house and refinancing! He will be my go to for any house needs I have in the future! He answers all questions even silly ones, if he doesn't know the answer he finds out and calls you right away! He makes it less stressful on you!

Tom had always had a pleasant demeanor when he called and always offered help or clarification of terms with anything I didn’t understand. He also called and reminded me of things I needed to accomplish in order for my transition to be as expeditious as possible.
