This was my first time purchasing a home and it was a very big deal for me. I had the pleasure of working with Tom Selander and he was beyond heaven sent. Tom helped me kept my nerves under control and really took his time explaining things to me. Not only did he answer my questions from the financial aspect but he also answered my questions from the real estate aspect of things. I was really comfortable with Tom, I would call at least 10 times a day back to back and he never turned me away.

Extremely knowledgeable when it comes to numbers and advice when it comes to loans. He got for me approved twice once on my first house and again on my second house. Tom stayed in contact atleast twice a week to inform me where the process was at and how's it's going.
