I haven't personally purchased a car from here, but have been very impressed with the service dept!!! They go above and beyond!! They are very easy to work with and provide great customer care! My vehicle isn't a Toyota however I still choose to use them for my service needs! After comparing prices for new tires, they were cheaper!! And I love how they will pick my car up and drop it back off!! Not to mention wash and vacuum while they have it for service!! Thank you for great service!
I just want to say I will buy all my vehicles from this place .. Kirby Horton is the best sales person to deal with he was also great with my daughter who was purchasing her first vehicle .. we explained what we wanted and he made sure we stayed in those parameters .. he also was very honest when asked if this could or could not happen . Amanda in service was awesome. She took the time to listen and made sure I was taken care of. I had a concern about the installation of a part and the Service tech came out to check, then took the time to explain and show me it was done right. I appreciate the extra effort.
