Thomasville Toyota's Rental Department is awesome!! They saved me and helped me get a rental during the time when my car had been totaled! Victoria Johnson was awesome! I called her a million times to check and see if a rental was back in and every time she was very patient and kind ! When there was one available, she helped me through the process and I was in and out in no time!!
Fantastic experience! Josh was our sales person and he did a wonderful job. Brian one of the managers I spoke with over the phone before seeing the car in person was honest about the pricing of the car which was something Honda wouldn't do and actually lost my business because of it. I bought my Nissan 370 from Mike Crenshaw back in August, slight negotiation getting me a great interest rate, but completely satisfied... So much so that in December, my husband bought his truck, again from Mike. Then last month, I helped my daughter buy her "dream car", mustang convertible! Although the roof leaked like crazy, Mike put her in a rental car and the service department tried to fix the leak.
