RecommendedI had messaged them all morning about a vehicle and then they scheduled another appt for the same vehicle and told me to just show up first. So we did and then I specifically asked for my credit app not to be ran until I was told trade in value. Nope, they sent my credit app to multiple banks when I asked them not to and then came back with a super low trade in value when I had the car already valued at another Toyota dealership.
