Buyers beware! Take your business else where. This dealer ship claims to sell Toyota certified used cars and that is false. They claim to do certified inspections before you buy but they don’t. So do yourself a favor and drive a little farther to another Toyota dealer because this one is trash. Also the people who work here are extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t care about the customer. All they care about is screwing people over to make a dollar.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ The service department is horrible and the sales managers are rude and useless, they sold me a car that was falsely certified. They will not help after a sell is complete. my family and i all own toyotas and will NEVER EVER recommend NOR buy from this dealership again ‼️‼️‼️‼️
Don't throw your money away here. I purchased a silver certified 2020 Toyota Camry XSE with a supposed 136 point inspection which obviously wasn’t done. The sun roof will not operate and is stuck in the vented position. It failed the first time we opened it yet they say it worked fine during their inspection. BS. I have owned the car 5 weeks. Attention!!! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THORNHILL TOYOTA!!! They do not stand behind customer satisfaction!!! After you give them your hard earn money & after my niece bought Toyota Camry just 36 days after purchase with a silver certified inspection they did NOT honor helping my niece fix her sunroof, she has car that she bought there, with a sunroof opened in February ( sunny nice day she opened going down the road ) that will not close now, she called the Thornhill the next day as soon as the service department was opened ... read more
