I know now that Hospice is truly a generous gift . Through Nneka Gutierrez's education. I’m able to understand how we can benefit from these services for my mother as these difficult times are not easy, and having to speak with someone that has so much compassion and love for what she does made me feel very comfortable. Prompt response upon first call. Staff moved quickly to assess situation and provide care. We thought we would need care much longer than a week. Sadly, we were mistaken. Mr. Santana provided assurance and comfort at a sensitive time.

Chris D is a very caring towards patients & families. He always offers to assist in any matter. Three Oaks Hospice works efficiently and goes above/beyond on what is normally expected. Thank you for making the patient #1.

As a Long Term Care Administrator I can totally say that Three Oaks Hospice will help and take care of Hospice needs. Staff are VERY responsive and accommodating. Special shout out to Chris Dierberger Representative and Cheyenne their Nurse. Our Family members are very grateful to the care and communication with family members. Our Residents our very attached to the caregivers. I was so impressed I recommend them to a family member needing hospice care

My mother and I are very satisfied with the services provided by hospice nurse Monica is wonderful and very attentive to my mothers needs just very happy having her.

3 Oaks has been providing services for my sister for nearly 2.5yrs. During this time the social workers have been inconsistent, rude and don't follow through. The director is no better at following through or communicating. I'll never recommend their services.
