RecommendedWe brought our pet hamster Nairobi with symptoms of “wet tail” to Tree Trails Animal Hospital in the midsts of the Covid-19 pandemic. Even though the clinic was very busy, Dr. Schrock took time to examine and treat Nairobi, he also called us to explain the disease, give us instructions on how to treat it and answer any questions we had. Next day I called Dr. Schrock because Nairobi wasn’t eating and Dr. Schrock once again took the time to call back and discuss more ideas on how to try to help Nairobi through the disease.
