I haven’t actually been to therapy with Thriveworks yet, they told me that I can call back and check availability in 2-3 weeks, but I will say that the representative I spoke with actually sounded like she truly cared, I wasn’t in a panic, but even without me being in a panic, from her tone of voice, she sounded like she understood the severity of me needing to be seen by someone and sounded like she genuinely cared, whereas with most places you call, you tend to get someone that’s tired of answering phones and doesn’t sound... read more
they dont answer email when we have a claim they have kept us for more than a month without anwer. Wouldn't recommend the at all!
I would give them negative five stars - stay away from this disgrace to psychology and absolutel money mill. Without warning, even though my insurance covered the visits, they took $535 dollars without permission from me on the day before THANKSGIVING, which is just the shadieat, scummiest business practice imaginable. WARNING!! Do not use Thriveworks if you are Military and have Tri-Care Prime. They do not know how to bill properly and they will assign you Out-Of Network doctors so you end up paying for all your sessions.
The billing department is rude and not helpful. I have spoken with several people and feel the same for everyone I've spoken with. One of the biggest scams for counseling services I’ve experienced. Do yourself a favor & go elsewhere, spend your $99 on something that is truly worth it.
Only come here if you plan on wanting to feel worse than you do.
This is the shittiest care I have been in. Thriveworks almost made me kill myself. Please do not waste your time here. Shitty business practices, shitty therapists, terrible psychiatrists. DO NOT waste time here. You will leave feeling worse.
They are the worst establishment I HAVE EVER encountered. They make it impossible to cancel your membership which was brought about from the Councelor never showing up to the session or calling to inform. They have charged us thousands of dollars without our consent prior to canceling . They RAPE the credit card you have on file so I would never ever give them your information. This company is disgusting. They made SO MANY mistakes with my billing and completely ignored any attempt I made to contact them until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then they waited over a month and fraudulently billed me AGAIN for a grossly inflated amount. This company is pure evil, they don't care about anyone's mental health they just want to scam as many vulnerable people as possible to get their money. Stay far, far away from these predators.
