Please please do not use Thriveworks for counseling or any type of therapy. My son was enrolled and seeing one of the therapist for medication and she would not respond to his emails or messages and after canceling we were charged without notification $250 (taken right out of our account) and their reason being we did not have insurance which was not true at all!!! DO NOT GO HERE Went with OCD, left with OCD Depression and Trust issues. Only thing they helped me get rid of was 2k, which they scammed me out of. I have been trying to contact them for a month and a half about getting a receipt but the billing department refuses to return my calls. Plus I knew more about my therapists life than he ever cared to learn about mine. :)))
