Like many of you, we started our transportation adventure lugging boxes on a loading dock. We worked through school, learned to dispatch, and picked up quite a bit from some amazing drivers over the years. We handled claims, dealt with over-turned trucks, maneuvered through USDA inspections with our refrigerated trucks, and shared many great days in trucking. Very disappointed rush wire transfer was not in my bank on this holiday. I called and was told yes it would be in there end of day 5/24/24 did receive an email showing the funds were processed as an invoice but no money until today 5/28/24
As a broker, this has been one of the worst Factoring Companies to work with. They are extremely delinquent on their invoicing & paperwork submission for payment and ignore when asked to submit (approx 45 days late to submit) then claim they sent in paperwork and you're overdue. They only acknowledge their errors when you submit proof of your requests that went unanswered. Their written responses come in waves; sometimes a few hours, sometimes days. Very in professional, very rude, very nasty, no empathy for a mistake thunder funding made & want correct. Will be ending my contract with you guys!!! WORST COMPANY EVER
I would not recommend this factoring company. My company has been factoring with them for a little over a year. Back in February I noticed that my company started receiving invoices and settlements for loads that we did not send over. I emailed my account manager about my concerns but did not receive an email back or call. I called in and spoke with a supervisor and informed him of my concerns only for him to tell me that there was nothing for me to worry about and it was an error on their part and they had a mix up. After going back and forth with the company now the company paid me the money they owed me but I’m asking to be released from my contact . Now they giving me hard time about that. My contract was only good for three months and I been there for a year now they saying they got me on auto renewal I never ask for that. One of the worst companies I ever been with.

One of the worst people to deal with. They try to keep your money act as if the client didn’t pay so when you call the client the client is showing you prove they paid. I’m so over them please don’t use them
