Like many of you, we started our transportation adventure lugging boxes on a loading dock. We worked through school, learned to dispatch, and picked up quite a bit from some amazing drivers over the years. We handled claims, dealt with over-turned trucks, maneuvered through USDA inspections with our refrigerated trucks, and shared many great days in trucking. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!! Have tried to reach them for several days, Spoke to Herman and was told he would check into problem and call back. NEVER called back been over a week. Spoke to another contact was told message would be given to Herman AND his boss Laura, still no return call. Been on phone over an hour waiting for someone to answer phone. NOTHING. This has to one of the worst companies to try to deal with. We have experienced constant problems. Money not being deposited into our account but into other people's account. When we call to talk to someone about it and we keep getting transfered. We talked to 9 different people in one day. Seriously don't bother with the headache.
