Tiller fence and deck always comes through. They do great work. Luke works hard to take care of his customers.
I was connected with Tiller Fence via Home Depot. Tiller did contact me the next day but only asked all the same questions I had already answered when requesting a fence installation quote. I promptly responded, as I was ready to pursue getting this project started. That was in March, 2 months ago, and I’m still waiting… no attempt to schedule anything, no follow up whatsoever.
Paid way too much for way too little.
Had a fence installed. Paid a lot. Big gap between the bottom of the fence to the ground. What’s the point of putting a fence up if my dogs can get out? Was told that someone would come and fix it. No one showed. Husband contacted the owner and did not get a response back.
I can't understand how they're still in business.
Unprofessional and rude. When asked to fix their mistakes we were met with excuses and no solutions. Found nails, screws, and a rusty saw blade when they were through
Luke Tiller came out to my house and gave me an estimate. He explained to me how they mix their own concrete, that needs two days to set and put the metal post 2 1/2 feet in the ground. he stated that they normally put the fence 2inches off of the ground. I explained me and both neighbors have dogs and did not want it that high off of the ground.
