Not sure I know who you are?
Had a fence installed. Paid a lot. Big gap between the bottom of the fence to the ground. What’s the point of putting a fence up if my dogs can get out? Was told that someone would come and fix it. No one showed. Husband contacted the owner and did not get a response back.

Unprofessional and rude. When asked to fix their mistakes we were met with excuses and no solutions. Found nails, screws, and a rusty saw blade when they were through
Luke Tiller came out to my house and gave me an estimate. He explained to me how they mix their own concrete, that needs two days to set and put the metal post 2 1/2 feet in the ground. he stated that they normally put the fence 2inches off of the ground. I explained me and both neighbors have dogs and did not want it that high off of the ground. Dewayne as 99% of all my customers would say I always do a final walk through at the end of the job and that is when I pick up the payment for the work completed. This is something I have done for 13 plus years and will not be changing as it gives me a chance to follow up and see the work that my guys do.
