Like many others, my husband and I underwent very difficult times during the financial crisis of 2009. The real estate burst and its' domino effect on the economy, particularly being self-employed, led to this turmoil. We were forced to foreclose on our home and had to file bancruptcy. Tim was a great mortgage broker for my wife and I to work with. He is very knowledgeable and helped us secure a loan that was best for our needs, both short- and long-term.
