My agent had recommended Tim to me. I contacted him and he was extremely helpful every step of the way. He had worked with me to get a preapproval so we could move forward in search of our new home. He answered any question I had and made sure that I understood what to expect during the entire process all the way through closing. I have had other lenders in the past but Tim rose to the top in my opinion.

Tim Shorter treated us great and the overall process was easier than expected. Tim explained each step and was available when we needed him. Don't anticipate moving again but if a refinance is in our future Tim Shorter, we would certainly use Tim again.
