Team Ready was great! Very professional. They helped me understand the terms of the loan. The only issue I had was that I don’t remember being told that the loan would include property taxes. I was told numerous times what the loan payment would be, but found out only at closing that property taxes are added to the loan amount. It is not a dealbreaker, but I would have appreciated being informed before I read it in the closing numbers.
