What excellent service! Scott, AKA Tinkerbell is not just an asset to Timpsons, but a genuinely nice man! Whilst queuing to be served, I could see that Scott not only had great knowledge on shoe repair, but dealt with the customers with care and efficiency. The laser engraving offered is a fantastic service and Scott showed some of its capabilities to offer me a personalised gift for my son
