I am so overwhelmed with the amazing service given by Scott (Tinkerbell) at Timpson Fleet. I was bought a new bag from my husband while on an amazing holiday. A short time after returning home my bag strap broke. Took it into Scott and he made his own repair. It was a chain so not a normal job. He has now fixed three of the chain connectors which are stronger than the original. He is the most jolly person and happy to help with anything an amazing person.
