I popped into the Queensferry street branch this afternoon for passport photos. Donna was welcoming and polite as soon as I stepped in the door. While process took in under 10 minutes. Clear instructions on how I was to be positioned for my photo and printing of photos very straightforward. I also liked I could enter my email address and have a digital copy. Donna had perfect customer service and I will return for further passport photo needs or for anything else.
