fantastic service! The lady running the shop (I’m sorry I already forgot the name) is very friendly and accommodating. I needed a passport photo taken and she sorted it out quickly and professionally. I will definitely pop back in for any photo/key/shoe/watch needs in the future!

I should be given 10 stars to Donna despite having a cold she still has the best customer care in your business I had a ring that was given to me by my late mum on my 18th birthday im 63 Donna told that timpson did jewellery repair so I got Donna to arrange to get it repaired and was happy with the price Donna phone me to say the ring was ready and I was overwhelmed with the job done so now I can wear the ring again for the 1st time in 6yrs so greatful to Donna and timpson as I've said Donna is a 10/10
