Been in to timpsons a few times on Queensferry street and Donna that works there has been brilliant. Always got a smile on her face and happy to help. She has down an ingravement on a bracelet and resouled a few pairs off shoes which all look brand new. Definitely 5 star service.

fantastic service! The lady running the shop (I’m sorry I already forgot the name) is very friendly and accommodating. I needed a passport photo taken and she sorted it out quickly and professionally. I will definitely pop back in for any photo/key/shoe/watch needs in the future!
