Dean gave us perfect service after a terrible experience at a different shop, thanks Dean at the Cribbs Causeway branch! I would like to raise a formal complaint about a terrible experience we had at the Asda Cribbs Causeway branch. We arrived on 5th May 2026 at 5.45 to get a key cut but were told he was cashing up so couldn't do it. I understand Timpsons closes at 6 so would have expected to be able to be served 15 minutes before the shop closed. I had some keys cut at Timpsons at Asda , I had to return the keys four times and still the keys did not work. I took them to Timpsons at the mall and Dean cut them again. Hopefully these four keys open my door.
