At Cribbs, engraving the caseback to my son's 'special' watch: the watch he loved the most. We lost our son last year, making this watch the dearest, most precious, thing I have to remember him by. Dean (Timpson's man at Cribbs) not only understood the 'weight' of the task, but treated my son's watch with care and respect, talking us through the options, despite a queue of others behind us.
