Absolutely fabulous at the mall Cribbs causeway store. Staff member was amazing in helping me with my music magpie order. After a failed experience at your Asda Cribbs store, where the member of staff was rude and claimed he couldn’t log on and stated he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with phones in a shoe and key store. The mall staff were fantastic.

At Cribbs, engraving the caseback to my son's 'special' watch: the watch he loved the most. We lost our son last year, making this watch the dearest, most precious, thing I have to remember him by. Dean (Timpson's man at Cribbs) not only understood the 'weight' of the task, but treated my son's watch with care and respect, talking us through the options, despite a queue of others behind us.
