Came in for a new car key,at Timpsons Foss island and the level of service I received was phenomenal! A man called Ben was in contact with me from starr to finish, when we came in for the key to be made and programmed he was super! So fast and efficient! 5 stars from us

Visited Timpsons inside Morrisons foss island today, was greeted by a very polite young man called Ben, he was very knowledgeable about the keys I needed and ordered them for me straight away, very quick and efficient, will definitely be back!!

Came with my wife & we were met with a very rude attitude. Told us the work hadn’t been completed due to incompetence of another colleague. We were told to sit in the cafe while he completed the work as he felt too under pressure to complete in front of us. Just seemed quite flustered but took us by surprise
