Just had my third experience of Ben at Timpsons (within Morrisons) Foss Islands Road, York, this time to replace a watch strap. On all occasions he has shown outstanding customer service & gone out of his way to help which has had a huge impact on me. I have also witnessed this with other customers! I will be returning as soon as I have the need for Timpsons services. Thank you Ben & well done!

Came in for a new car key,at Timpsons Foss island and the level of service I received was phenomenal! A man called Ben was in contact with me from starr to finish, when we came in for the key to be made and programmed he was super! So fast and efficient! 5 stars from us

Visited Timpsons inside Morrisons foss island today, was greeted by a very polite young man called Ben, he was very knowledgeable about the keys I needed and ordered them for me straight away, very quick and efficient, will definitely be back!!
