I cannot praise Ben enough, I'm a care worker and came in for a battery for my watch, after explaining the prices I agreed on a lifetime battery, Ben then saw my uniform and asked what I did for a living, I explained that in a care worker, he immediately said in that case there is no charge today. This made my day and I was in tears. Such a kind man thank you so much
