Marks is a credit to your company. I was asking alot for my shoes to be leathered soled bye Monday. After being at other timpson stores and being told no. They advised to see mark on lothian road. Absolutely brilliant!! Mark has done an amazing job for me on numerous occasions now. My watch was in dire need of repair and Mark not only arranged this but got the watch cleaned for me too. He has sorted shoes and cut keys for me in the past. Always friendly and great service. Highly recommend!
