Marks is a credit to your company. I was asking alot for my shoes to be leathered soled bye Monday. After being at other timpson stores and being told no. They advised to see mark on lothian road. He done my shoes in 1 day as I was leaving to head back home. Phenomenal service and amzing job. Thanks mark

Absolutely brilliant!! Mark has done an amazing job for me on numerous occasions now. My watch was in dire need of repair and Mark not only arranged this but got the watch cleaned for me too. He has sorted shoes and cut keys for me in the past. Always friendly and great service. Highly recommend!

Most impressive service ive ever received from any retail business mark has been nothing but amazing. Recently moved in new premises and had these old garrison keys. Its proven a nightmare to get these cuts to work since moving in. Been to 3 different shops and had keys cut to codes also keys cut in other timpson stores but nothing has been able to work on doors. Was advised of a work colleague to try mark at lothian road. Mark managed to cut me new keys for front back and patio doors all for a deal since ive had a very hard... read more
