I had a problem with my sandals as the strap was too long, which meant I couldn't wear them. Danny was very patient, he gave me two choices, he also explained that one option was going to take time and would cost more. The second option to my surprise could be done there and then and in minutes. Danny explained the process clearly and did exactly what was needed to rectify the problem.
