The member of staff's name was Dan and he was absolutely excellent. He talked me through the process of taking a photo from my railcard gave me the digital and the physical copy as part of the price and was absolutely top-notch in his advice and manner. I would thoroughly recommend anybody to come to Timpsons in Carmarthen Extra as I was treated really well. He also gave me advice on getting my mum's watch repaired which I will be looking to follow as soon as I can get back into Carmarthen with the watch that Mum needs repai... read more

Was seen to by Danny when I visited the store in carmarthen to see if could sort my wife's pair of heels what a great guy and amazing service. If you have broken pair of much loved shoes and you want them brought back to life take them to this guy he knows his trade even when unwell sorted me out. Big thanks pal 100%
