Having trouble getting our deposit back. Even the mortgage company said it was a deposit between us and titan, Trying to keep part of our deposit, making excuses. NOT GOOD BUISNESS PRACTICES!
Had a pretty good experience until I found out from one of the employees that they were about to give up on us buying a house because we were working on building our credit and it still wasn't High Enough and then we ended up going to Palm Harbor got approved within a week got our house within a month and our payments are way less than they would have been
The sales person that "helped" us sucked ass! The most rude sales person that I have ever dealt with! Didn't even take the time to fill out an application, implied that we would not pass the application or even have a down payment that would be required! His name is Alverto Mendoza. Thanks to his rude ass we went to A-1 Homes and were treated with such kindness and a very well mannered real housing consultant! Thank you Nereida @ A-1 Homes, you treat customers the way they should be treated!
