Customer service was good. But my home built by champion was not a good quality home. Cabinets are unfinished in kitchen and bathrooms. Could be a better quality overall. If I would have known I wouldn't have bought from titan homes. When I asked about cabinets I was told that's how they come. How come I wasn't told this when looking at homes? They are nice to get you to buy a home and then when you get it it's all messed up and they will not come fix it it is the worst mobile homes made! When your expecting a new home and you get junk thanks titan.
Please please please check this company and their homes out thoroughly before you buy. They will promise you the moon but.... Well, just do your homework. They sent someone out to do some minor repairs to the interior and once we walked outside and went to work they stopped working also. There are So many cosmetic blemishes you'd be shocked!
