Bought a 2019 Altima two and half years ago… a year later called to upgrade and part of their “return to prime” program . Dealt with two of their finance managers . The one was good the other told me car had 52000kms on it . Signed papers it was delivered . Surprise had 84000 Kms on it not 52000 as said . Called asked what happened was told my bad we will take care of you in a year because that’s what we do ! I bought a car in this location 5 months ago, the car have scratches and part of our contract was that they will schedule my car for exterior detail, buff the scratches and fix the bumper. 2 months later I didn't hear anything from them, I went back to pick up my contract and reminded the asian manager ( the biggest liar and goof) that i still haven't gotten a call from the detailing shop, he said that he will book and schedule my car for buffing. This place is terrible. I bought a truck from them and there were scratches all down the side that they said they would fix and they never did. They lied to me and said they would give me money for the cost of fixing the scratches or they would fix it them selves. So I said I’d take the money instead of them fixing it cause I didn’t trust them. I was then given half the money they promised and never heard a word again. This place is terrible and wouldn’t recommend buying anything from them
I bought a 2019 Kia Sorento on May 3rd, but the cargo door doesn't lock properly, which I didn't find out about until someone stole a handcart out of the cargo area. The maintenance check definitely didn't catch that. I didn't find out until the handcart was stolen almost a month later. Someone from Driving With Steve, who referred me, reached out, and I let them know. Then someone from Titanium called, but never left a message.
