Unprofessional and careless.... was dealing with a guy named Chris for a few days and he seemed like he knew what he was doing and trying to help me out. I use to work in the industry, I know how the process works and assured him that I knew my situation, and he still said he was going to try and figure things out for me on his end. it's been a week, several texts and no response from him. I made a mistake and should have just relied on my old workplace to help out instead.
