RecommendedI called Titanz this afternoon because of an issue with the water meter box on my front lawn that FPL ran over and broke last night when backing out of a neighbor's driveway, (I had been without water since last night.) Within 15 to 20 minutes, a technician by the name of Alex was sent to my address. Not only was Titanz quick to respond to our needs, but Alex did a wonderful job of being so efficient and providing me with pictures, video and an invoice so I could forward it to FPL.
