RecommendedI called on a Friday to ask about installing a dishwasher. Keren was very helpful, gave me a price, and apologized that they could not get someone out the same day! I wasn't expecting an appointment until the following week, but she said they could have someone out the next day, Saturday, and the rate would not be increased at the weekend. She said they would call me back later, once the schedule was completed, to give me a timeframe. RecommendedAlways very professional from the minute the phone is picked up until the issues are executed to perfection. I have had the occasion to work with Titanz on two different occasions. One for a disassterass water leak. The scheduling was prompt and repaired effeciently and very reseasonably priced. The second issue was for an HVAC issue and there again from the moment the phone was answered and problem discussed a tech was available promptly diagnosing and repairing the issue. RecommendedAs always, Ken and the others were professional, on time, and quick. We have used Titanz several times in the past and so again we called on them to replace our water heater. Could not have gone smoother and certainly will call them again in the future.
