I was getting ready to go out of town and I noticed a leak in my water shutoff valve to the house. I called Titanz, explaining the situation and that I couldn't be there due to work committments. Rachael worked with me and sent someone right away to assess the job. After giving me options and a choice of materials over the phone, I approved the job at a price I considered to be reasonable and it was taken care of immediately. Thank you Titans for replacing our water heater, I didn’t have to wait for a long time, they came promptly, but I can only give 4 stars since there was an issue in your processing of my credit card, which I had to make some calls to my bank back and forth, which at one time bothered me, anyway, it was all straightened out finally. And thanks Rachel, you’re much better and courteous than the other plumbing company receptionist, I will recommend you guys to my friends.

Professional, pleasant, and did a great job of finding and fixing leak in the M/B shower. Got to my problem within two hours, on a Friday, and fixed in less than two hours. I figured they would get to me the following week and the shower would be torn apart. Luckily not so. Tim and his sidekick were pleasant, professional, did good work and cleaned up before calling the job done. Will be the first place I call should I need plumbing work done in the future. Thanks TitanZ.

Great service. My husband and I used their services August 2017 because our original plumbing company was too busy to come out and detect a leak. Titanz plumbing sent out a tech next day who helped us with everything. I will recommend this company to anyone!@ UPDATE 7/30/2020 We used your company again today and not disappointed. We were having septic issues and contacted several places to only be quoted a high estimate and or within a couple of days they could get to it. Titanz not only showed up within the hour (thank goodness) but charged me 2/3 cheaper than anyone else. Their professionalism and expertise advice was awesome, I highly recommend!

We received a letter from CCU that we had used 32,000 gallons of water in a month! Called Titanz and they were there the next morning to check out our problem. Due to the age of our home, fixing the leak would be like putting a bandaid on it, so we decided on a repipe and wow, just wow. They were the most polite, thorough and fast plumbers. They minimized the tile and sheetrock they had to cut through and brought us up to code. We updated our electric last year and had to have 3 inspections before it would pass. While I was home for lunch I discovered that our water heater was leaking. I called Titanz and after giving her the capacity, measurements, and breaker amps, they had their technicians there very quickly and finished the job. Everyone was professional and courteous. The pricing was very fair. I would recommend them to all.

Had a leak on an outside pipe that we tried to fix ourselves. Called and spoke to Kathy who was wonderful at getting all the info need, she dispatched a tech ( Caleb ) and he repaired the area quickly and neatly. What great service and reasonable price! Thank you

I just referred Titanz Plumbing to a homeowner who was without water and Titanz Plumbing made them a top priority, arrived quickly, gave an honest assessment and an awesome price! So happy that they are my plumbing company of choice and that they took such great care of my referral!
