Overpriced. Rude plumber. Didn’t come when they said. And in this invite to do the survey didn’t even know my name! Seriously
I have used Titanz inthe past and they were very dependable , reliable and reasonable. They must me under new management because my last visit was anything but that. They basically did nothing to diagnose the issue and decided I need to pay a service call for this privilege. When I called to complain about this I just got a snarky response …of two expensive options neither of which I would choose as they were ridiculously overpriced and rudely hung up. I would not use them in the future.

RecommendedKnowledgeable techs;your schedules adjusted the arrival time when my schedule changed ; your payables account clerk called to tell me I was over charged by over $250 do to a programming error in the IPad and was crediting my credit card.

Aztec came out and technician knew what he was doing. Drain person was very knowledgeable.
RecommendedHad Titans come out to replace a couple kitchen faucets. They showed up on time, replaced the faucets at a reasonable prince and left with no evidence that they were there .

Wanted to charge me $1100 to fix and replace a leaking faucet. I ended up changing the cartridge for $22in 30 minutes. It was a high-end delta faucet and did not need to be replaced. The leak is gone and I don’t have a hole in the wall. $99 service charge it’s just a big trap to get you there. Plus they wanted to cut a hole in my wall. I'd like to assure you that the technician that was at your property is very experienced and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to leaks. He has seen too much leak damage to be able to recommend a fix that he is not 100% confident in. I am certain that his motive was to save you the potential headache and property damage from future leaks, not to take advantage.
Used them in past for service & was good. But Michael made a mistake this time & kicked or bumped with his body, arms or hands the condescending line to the AC off the pan and caused water damage to our ceiling. They promptly came out to look at it but refused responsibility to repair it. Please Beware of This Company. It has been a total nightmare. I paid for services three times and spent over $2000 on repairs. The Owner Kenny Lowe has personally ridiculed me, laughed at me over email and defended his actions for degrading me as a customer. On this companies website they advertise honest and upfront pricing. This is not true. RecommendedDid a fine job. Came when they told us . Fix the problem neatly and made double sure all our drains and pipes were in working order. I would use them again. But hopefully not soon!😂
