Dr. Tomasino is the most loving, kindest I have every met! She not only goes over and beyond taking care of my 2 Maincoon cats, she took care of the parents ( me and my husband) too! My vet could not see my sick pup, I called TLC and they took her right In, even though she isn’t their patient. Hopefully she is on the mend. Thank you to your wonderful, thorough staff. I couldn’t ask for better care.

Yesterday afternoon could have gone a whole lot worse, except those who know my Momma... know that when she cares... she actually researches the heck about something. I cannot express how impressed I am with the system they have set up! You call them when you arrive from the parking lot. They then come out and get your dog, take them in and then return them to your car when they are finished. They then follow up with a phone call for payment. I was in and out in 20 minutes! So quick and painless and not to mention safe. This is why I don't mind traveling from Broward to Palm Beach. They provide excellent service always.
So this just happened… My sweet kitty Kashi has been sick for the last few days and getting worse. I had to make the decision to take her in to the vet.  As I am diligently staying at home except for walks outside with at least 10 feet away from others on the sidewalk, I was a bit nervous about going into the vets office with an abundance of people around, potentially putting myself at risk. We've been going to TLC for about 5 years now. Let me start off with the front desk, the atmosphere is cordial and welcoming. They are accommodating and always stay of top of putting you first. They get you into seeing the veterinarian quickly and efficiently. Dr. Browning is a wonderful diagnostician, she listens to our concerns and decides the best measures to be taking to help our dogs.
