The wait when I was in a room was a while, but they were quick to inform me on what was wrong with my ear. They even gave me a sheet in the folder handed to me the specific kind of ear infection I had and how many times a day heat could be used to relieve pain. They then prescribed some medicine, and I went on with my day.
